The new Raven IOS Center at 388 Market Street hits a major occupancy milestone of 75%. We celebrated the launch of our second Executive Offices Business Center in San Francisco, just one year ago. At the time of the launch in Aug 2010, we had pre-leased to 30% occupancy and now in just under one year we have hit all projections and targeted milestones.
